Resetting Your Password

Forgot your password? Reset it easily.

If you've forgotten your password or need to reset it, follow these steps.

From the sign-in screen

  1. Go to the StickFitter sign-in page

  2. Click Forgot your password? beneath the password field

  3. Enter the email address associated with your account

  4. Click Send code

You'll receive a password reset code at your email address. For security reasons, the system will always display a "code sent" confirmation even if the email address is not registered - we do not disclose whether an account exists.

Entering the reset code

  1. Check your email (including the spam folder) for a message from StickFitter containing a 6-digit code.

  2. Enter the code in the verification screen.

  3. Enter a new password meeting the requirements:

    1. At least 10 characters

    2. Contains uppercase and lowercase letters

    3. Contains at least one number

    4. Contains at least one symbol

  4. Confirm the password.

  5. Click Submit.

Upon success, you'll see confirmation and you can now sign in with your new password.

If you don't receive the email

  • Wait 1-2 minutes - delivery can be slightly delayed

  • Check your spam or promotions folder - occasionally reset emails are filtered there

  • Verify the email address - make sure you entered the same email you signed up with

  • Check your email provider's settings - some providers (notably iCloud) have strict filtering that can occasionally block legitimate automated emails. If you repeatedly don't receive the code, contact support for manual assistance.

Code expiration

Reset codes are valid for a limited time (typically 1 hour). If your code has expired, simply request a new one from the sign-in screen.
