Users pay for StickFitter with a one-time fee for unlimited fittings. No subscriptions or usage-based pricing, just a simple access fee for the service. This article covers how to sign up, what's included, and how to access receipts.

A paid account grants:
Unlimited fitting sessions (create as many chats as needed)
AI swing video analysis
Club-by-club recommendations with specs and buy links
Golf ball fitting recommendations
Current bag tracking
PDF export of recommendations
How to sign up
New users can sign up for a StickFitter account for free. You'll be prompted to pay the first time you send a message in a chat - a modal appears with a Get Started button that securely brings you to a Stripe Checkout screen.
On Stripe Checkout:
Enter your payment method
Review the $29 one-time fee
Enter a coupon / discount code (if you have one)
Complete the purchase
You'll be redirected back to StickFitter with your paid account activated
Managing your payment method
To view invoices:
Navigate to Account Settings via the top right profile icon
Scroll to the Access section
Click View billing history.
This opens the Stripe Customer Portal - a secure, Stripe-hosted page where you can:
Download past invoices
Refunds
We don't offer refunds generally, but will review on a case-by-case basis.
If checkout fails
If your payment doesn't go through at Stripe Checkout, you'll see an error from Stripe (usually card declined or insufficient funds). Use a different card or retry - no account changes are made until the payment succeeds.
